CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE RESERVATION REQUEST

We understand that you may need to cancel your reservation and reschedule your event for a later date during this difficult time.

Our cancellation policy is designed to be flexible—your deposit is never lost, and your credit does not expire. However, please note that deposit credits cannot be applied toward reservations on Saturdays or Sundays.

IMPORTANT:

Please do not call our Reservations Office to reschedule.
All reschedule requests must be submitted online.

Once your request is submitted, please allow up to 24 hours for processing.
If your new date is available, we will email you a revised invoice confirming your updated date and time.
If the requested date is not available, we will contact you by email to request an alternate date.

Do not assume your event is rescheduled until you receive a revised invoice.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

Once your cancellation request has been processed, our reservations team will issue a credit coupon via email. This coupon allows a 100% transfer of your deposit toward any party type on the same or a future date.

  • Deposits are fully transferable, but must be applied to the same type of event if your original reservation included both animals and carnival equipment or characters.

  • You must reschedule through the same manager who handled your original booking to use your deposit credit.

Please note:

  • Weekend rescheduling (Saturday or Sunday) is not permitted if your original reservation was on a weekday.

  • Weekend dates are blackout dates for rescheduling.

  • To book a Saturday or Sunday event, you will need to make a new reservation, and your original deposit cannot be applied.

  • You may reschedule your party for any Monday through Friday date.

All rescheduled events are subject to current pricing and will be adjusted accordingly at the time of rescheduling.
