All packages are for one hour unless otherwise noted. Please call for additional hour prices.
HOW MUCH TIME DO YOU NEED?
We have been hosting children's parties in Michigan for over 20 years. It has been our experience that children tend to have a short attention span. All of our packages are designed to offer a variety of entertainment choices for children to enjoy. All activities are going simultaneously, so children may freely go from one activity to the next. Often parents think they need more time than they really do. Most of our packages are for 1 hour unless otherwise noted. However, if you are expecting over 25 children and feel you need more time, all of our packages have the option of added time. Please contact our reservations office and we will be happy to discuss your options.
We suggest you visit our party planning page to estimate the amount of time you really will need.

TRAVEL CHARGES
Because we travel throughout Michigan and Northern Ohio, we will always attempt to reserve your event with our closest event manager to avoid a travel fee. However, please note a slight travel fee may apply.

FUEL SURCHARGE:
Due to the recent rise in the price of fuel, this agreement is based on the price of fuel as of the date of submission of the invoice. Fuel is defined as both gasoline and diesel fuel. In the event that prices of either product increases more than 5%, then Chamberlin Pony Rides is entitled to charge the additional fuel cost based on the tender price.

REQUIREMENTS FOR CAMEL RIDE AREA
- Minimum 30 x 30 dedicated flat surface grass or pavement area.
- Parking available for 40 foot trailer. Setup needs to be within 50 feet of trailer parking.
- Weight limit 150 pounds.
- Adults must ride single.
- Children may ride if they are able to sit and hold on unassisted, and follow directions. 2-3 children may ride at the same time, however, not to exceed 150 pounds total weight.
- Ages 3 and up.
- No more than 3 hours time.
- Approximately 20 rides pr hour.
