Please allow us up to 72 hours to process your request. We receive many submissions each day, and we PROMISE we will be in touch as fast as we can. 1ST CHOICE. PLEASE NOTE - SATURDAYS & SUNDAYS FOR THE MONTHS OF JUNE - SEPTEMBER ARE RECOMMENDED TO BE BOOKED AT LEAST 3 - 4 WEEKS IN ADVANCE.
We promise we will do the best we can when making your reservation, but sometimes (Especially Saturday's) we are fully booked. Please let us know if there is an alternate date you would consider if your first choice is unavailable. If none, leave blank.
- START TIME - Typically, 1 hour of Entertainment is enough time for up to 15 Children. 1 Pony or Horse may give up to 20 rides per hour.
- STOP TIME - Typically, 1 hour of Entertainment is enough time for up to 15 Children. 1 Pony or Horse may give up to 20 rides per hour.
Is your time flexible? *
If the time for your event is unavailable, we will offer you the closest available time we have.

This is the method we use to schedule your event. It is VERY important we have the proper email address for communication.

Twisty Balloons OR 1 Pony / Horse:
Some packages listed include a choice of either twisty balloons OR a pony/horse for back rides - (Facepaint is unavailable due to COVID-19). Please pick below which you would rather have, UNLESS your package comes with both already.

IF YOUR PACKAGE INCLUDES A PONY OR HORSE: Note: Adults must be able to mount horse unassisted - the horse may accommodate up to 170 pounds - We allow only 1 rider on a pony or horse at a time.

Our reservations office is open daily and will contact you within 24 hours - if we have any questions regarding your reservation. Please keep an eye out for an invoice with the details of your party on it. *If you would like to revise anything on your invoice, please reply directly to email and let us know so we may issue another invoice. Please understand that we are busier than normal this year. We promise we will get back to you as soon as possible!
All of our event managers are professional and excellent! Each manager has a detailed web page on our web site. If you have a special request please let us know and we will do our best to honor your request.

FOR RESERVATION DEPOSITS

We require a $50.00 deposit to hold your event date. This deposit will go toward the purchase of your party. 

Please call our reservations office between the hours of 9 am and 9 pm daily to reserve your event.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

In the event of inclement weather we ask that you contact your event manager if you wish to cancel on the day of the event. If you need to cancel prior to the day of your event, please call our reservations office between 11 am and 8 pm at 734-368-6582. Our reservations office will issue you a credit coupon, allowing a 100% transfer of your deposit made to any party type on the same or future date with no expiration! Please note, NO monetary adjustments will be authorized once we are on the job and begin your party. Your $50 deposit is fully transferable to any event type. Note: During the busy seasonal months of June through October, we are often sold out weeks in advance. We will make every attempt to reschedule your event. However, we do not guarantee we will have availability on the day you are wishing to reschedule your event.


NOTE: Do not mail a check to an address you find on the internet! If you need to mail a final payment, you must speak with our reservations department first and get our correct post office box mailing address. If you would like to make your reservation deposit in person, you may contact us and we will direct you to our Michigan office location.
